Mugen always wants to become an actor. The first movie of Mugen Rao was “Senandung Malam”. He is also a singer, lyricist, director and a successful entrepreneur also.
Mugen Rao also participated in “Big Boss Tamil” season 3 that was hosted by Tollywood famous actor Kamal Hassan. He was a very popular handsome male contestant of the BB Tamil house. MGR also did acting in tv serials and album songs.

Mugen did his schooling from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and for further he completed graduation in Diploma in performing Arts in 2015 from Limkokwing University.
He supports his family for financial crises since he was 9 years old by performing on stage.
The first role offered to him by his uncle Satish Rao in Malay dubbed Senandung Malam show. During this time he also started his first project title “Kathaley Kannir”.
This helps him to viral across the world and became very popular. After “Kathaley Kannir” he did many other projects but he didn’t get success. One day while riding a bike, he got lyric in his mind and recorded the song.
This song took two years to complete and the song title was “Kayalvizi”. After the success of this song in 2016 he established himself, singer and producer.
This song has gained popularity in Malaysia, India and many other countries. After that, he did many other projects. He becomes most popular from his debut movie “Senandung Malam”
MGR also did a supportive role in “Ghora” and “Gerak Khas” and he also did a lead role in “Hey Coffeelopher”.
