He got most of the skills from his father because his father is a professor, a renowned Panjabi writer, Poet and the theatre artist. When he was in class 4, he joined the theatre group in his school’s.
He was not a good student in studies and always passed on passing marks but he was very active in co-curricular activities like debates, theatre and creative writing.
After that, he enrolled in a hotel management course but after some time he dropped the hotel management course and moved to Sydney to pursue further courses.
The struggle of Parmish was really very hard because he did lot’s of odd jobs and take the experience of all the thing, apart from this he starved himself many times to save money.
When he got settled in Australia, then his father Dr Satish Verma recalled him of his dream to become an actor and make a career in direction.

Dr Satish Verma is a father of Parmish and he is a professor, Panjabi writer, poet and theatre artist. His mother name is Paramjit Verma and she is also a professor at the Punjab University in Patiala.

In 2014, He started his career as a video director and he direct first music video “Zimmewari Bhukh Te Doori” Punjabi song.
